**The scene fades from black to a vivid setting of palm trees and ocean. The camera pans down to catch the waves crashing into the mountains of sand collected. To the right you can see children growing more and more frustrated that there luxurious sand Castles moat is failing to do its job, and the water creeps closer and closer to the walls of the mighty building. After a slight laugh is heard from the camera at the childrens frustration the camera pans to the left and then starts walking towards a big trunked palm tree. Legs are now visible from the other side of the tree, the feet at the end of them covered by some designer, though brand unknown, flip flip sandles. As the camera gets closer it catches sight of the shorts that are covering the legs to the extent of the knee, and the colors shine gold and white. The colors shining somewhat dull yet flicker when the leaves from the palms tree lets sun through with the breeze. The cameraman finally makes it to the other side of the tree wherein lies Saint Eldor basking in the weather that is Florida. He pulls down his Aviator sunglasses and gives a slight smirk to the camera as he pushes them back up. His smirk widens to a smile, which releases a slow sigh from the clean lungs of Saint Eldor. With that Eldor pushes himself farther up the tree to a sitting position, licks his lips and proceeds to speak his mind. **
Eldor: Ahh, this would be the life had I not grown so attatched to the life in Toledo I would move here in a heartbeat. Its relaxing, calming even. The breeze from the ocean almost lifts my cares and worries away with a single pass. The sounds of the waves seem to speak to me, telling me to lay back and enjoy this semi-vacation. The sounds of children laughing help too, by confirming the care free atmosphere brought on by the sounds and activities of the beach, and culture. This is a place where those who retire go, and for good reason. Thousands of retired men and women come here and enjoy this life everyday! Just the thought of being able to live in this life everyday and getting compensated for all the hard work you did for all those years seems nice. Though the life back home in Toledo, Ohio still grabs me, and calms me more than anything these beaches could give me. Wow, it seems even though being the sadistic Archangel, I still have a softer side that seems to show. Like the Guiding Light, still wishes to shine, and grabs its moments when it can. This time it has. I liked it, but I can only stand it for so long. Something Else I can only stand so long, is the continuous self banter of my Spring Slaughter opponent, Low. It's funny how one person who claims so much, can continuously speak about himself so much. Even though he mentions his opponents he seems so self centered that, he can only talk about how great he is. Gos its more annoying that watching Chris Wayne...I'm sorry, Rich Roberts play Halo. Both of them sicken me, his banter, and the lack of gaming ability. for shame...
** Eldor pauses after those words to re adjust himself on the tree. He itches the side of his head and in one fell swoop slides the Aviators from his face. The look on his face is semi serious, yet still cool and collected. He licks his wind dried lips and proceeds with his speech. **
Eldor: Low, you are indeed a brave and courageous man for placing a challenge in the hands of "The Archangel" Saint Eldor. Then, you became even more courageous when I accepted and you accepted the challenge for spring slaughter. Though you were foolish to walk out before my match a few weeks back..April 22nd to be exact, right before my title shot against X-Rated. I remember you were telling me after that, in our first tag match together that you accepted my challenge...when I strictly remember you calling me out first...I just asked if Nathan could add a stipulation to it...to my disgust, he did not. I feel as if your Ego has caused your memory loss, you've become daft, and too arrogant for your own good. Your cocky bravado is and will be your ultimate downfall. You're too confident in yourself to, in essence, admit the possibility of defeat. You walk into every match as if you've won, wrong idea. I'm one of the most intelligent wrestlers you will ever face one on one. I will extort your every flaw, and watch your frustration grown, as I match you move for move, hold for hold, step for step. Do you think your are ready for this Low?
** The Archangel begins laughing. He places his sunglasses back on and the slumps down the tree again, and bends his knees upwards. He places one arm on his knee and the other sifts playfully through the sand, until he begins to speak when it stops suddenly and becomes a fist gripping the sand before releasing it. **
Eldor: Your name, Low, is said to stand for how your opponents feel after a match with you, correct? Said to mean how you leave your opponents after your are done with them. You said and I remember this exactly.
** Eldor clears his throat for his best Low impersonation **
Eldor (low's voice): you will understand what is “low” about me, Because it isn’t me. It’s my opponents after I am through with them.
** Eldor goes back to his normal voice. **
Eldor: Hmm, I guess it kinda makes sense...but even after my loss to you last week I do not feel..."Low". I feel as if now we are even heading into Spring Slaughter. I won the first tag match, you won the second. Now with a one to one win ration against one another, the Pay Per View will be the test of who has what it takes to step up from the ashes of the weeks past and claim victory over the other. So, any "Low" feelings I would have had, if I even did, are gone. Even after my loss to you I've been waiting, biding my time till Spring Slaughter...relaxing and enjoying the thought of giving you a taste of your own medicine. In which I mean this...after Spring Slaughter I will have beaten you so badly, you will have known what it is like to feel as "Low" as you so claim to leave your opponents. Do you think you could handle such defeat? Can your immensely inflated ego handle the pressure of a truth arrow bursting through its thin walls? Can it handle the pressure of your head hitting the mat and the rest of your body crushing it into the mat further when I drop you with the Angels Awakening? Huh!? Can it!? I sure as f*ck hope so! Because at spring Slaughter you will be tested.
** The strength of the fresh Florida breeze picks up and Eldor's trunks ruffle in it. He lifts the sunglasses from his face one again placing them on top of his head. Standing up The Archangel takes a moment to stretch out his legs and get the blood pumping back through to his feet, which have already fallen asleep. He steps lightly as the blood returning to his slumbering feet causes it to feel like needles as he steps. Now calmed down and able to stand still he scatches his back against the tree and once again continues his monologue. **
Eldor: Your challenge has been accepted since day one Low. From the very moment you uttered the words, Low versus Eldor and Spring Slaughter in one sentance, your challenge was accepted. Each day from that moment was a test for me to get to peak conditions. Each days training was not for the match ahead of me, but for this match Low. Every time we stepped into the ring together, I was merely keeping pace with you, allowing certain things to happen. I was studying your every move Low. The way you step, the way you poise yourself before a strike, before a grapple maneuver. I took note on what ways you set up for The Low Standard, a very nice move I will admit. I learn quickly, and with that, as you have stated, I am a quick thinker. This I will use to my advantage. I will use my intelligence to counteract your eagerness. Pay Per View will be the launching pad for the restart of two careers. You career seems to be starting anew here in the X. Mine? Mine is to get back in the picture of the World Title I so desperately long to hold again. For both men, it is glory we seek. For bot men, it is victory we fight for. Only one man, however, will claim this prize, this victory....this glory of toppling an empire so to speak. I, "The Archangel" Saint Eldor...risen from the ashes once more, fight to lay claim to gold he so desperately wants to hold once more. To other, "The Legendary" Low, fights to get his career to the pinnacle it was left with. Only one man will truly obtain the treasure he so desires. A Legend reborn, or a Legend continued? A Legacy created, or one in which is reestablished? These questions, and the countless, others that will arise in this fight between to giants will be answered at Spring Slaughter! This is our proving grounds Low, are you ready?
** Eldor puts his Aviators back over his eyes and then walks away from the camera, which then fades to black. **
